How to create a personal dictionary

Is there a way to create a personal spell checker? grammatical checker would be great too but is not necessary.

IF you go to tools->options->language settings->writing aids you can create dictionaries of your own there. There are also extensions that are supposed to offer grammar checking in a few languages. I've never worked with them though so i cannot vouch for their accuracy.
