Which version of OpenOffice.org are you using? 2.3.1 (can update)

Is it possible to permanently hide toolbars? This jumping thing annoy me to no end (then cursor move to/out table, table toolbar(menu?) showing. in fullscreen mode jumping the "fullscreen" bar.).
