Hello - I am using version 2.4 on Windows XP. I have been using OpenOffice for over a year now and love it. I just finished creating marketing material for a friend using Draw and besides needing to crop pictures in shapes I made a great looking flyer and sign for her. Now I would like to try the Web Wizard, I have spent alot of time reading about it and how to's- seem fairly easy, however no matter now hard I search I cannot find any samples or what the finished product might look like. I understand you can also download free templates and use them but before I send hours creating it I would like to see some finished results. Has anyone used the web wizard, know of sample websites or willing to share their own?
Thanks,
Sharron
Web Wizard Samples & Templates
Re: Web Wizard Samples & Templates
Hi and welcome to the community!
I don't know of any sample results, but I think they would not help you much anyway, as the results depends on the documents that you would like to include in the web site.
I suggest to do some simple tests.
After having started the wizzard, you have to select some sample documents, choose HTML as output format, then choose a layout and the elements to be included (can keep the standard settings).
Finally, you need to choose a color style, and then you may save the test web-site in a specific folder. After that, you simply need to open the file index.html in the specified folder in your web browser.
All this is done in a few minutes!
