I want to thank the person who asked re problems downloading this free office program with Windows Vista. I had the same problem...downloaded, unpacked, installed...finish etc but the icon on the Dsktop does not bring me to an operating program but is the sum of all the programs various elements...clicking on any brings nothing fruitful. The admin help with the search key and openoffice brought up all the functions Great! Thank u all. Debbie
