release date of the OOo 2.4 locales

When will the OpenOffice.org 2.4 be released in the other languages? :roll:
Linux Ubuntu 8.10 :D
Windows Vista :cry:
OpenOffice 3.0 :D

Perhaps it has been done in the new Hardy release now. It doesn't seem to be supported for the official (Sun) build.
LibreOffice 25.2 on Linux Mint Debian Edition (LMDE 7 Gigi) and 24.8 portable on Windows 11.
