[Solved] OpenOffice.org 3.3.0 Writer Template Format

To whom who can help,

Please inform how can I save all changes in the preferences personalized in OpenOffice Writer as the ones altered in MS Word?
In other words, how do I predefine my document templates?
E.g.: In Microsoft Word "all changes will affect the template. Would you like to change the template, normal?"
All help is welcome and necessary and for which I am very thankfull.
