Using Push button to Trigger an Event

Good day! I'm starting out to use OpenOffice Base to build a database that would hold records of machine supplies. I have already laid out the table and the queries and I'm now working on the form. The thing is, there is a push button on the form that needs to have a code that when clicked on, this will cause a record from the table in the subform to be removed from the list. Thus, it will not be displayed on the list but it would still stay on the table.

Is there an existing macro in the Base's library that can be used or is there anyone who can help me shed a light on this matter?
