Accessing a Progress 9.1D database via ODBC

Post by lkettner »

Testing connection to a Progress database via ODBC I get an error message: [DataDirect-Technologies][ODBC Progress Driver]Optional Feature Not Implemented. When I set up ODBC the driver supplied with Progress is Merant 3.60 32 bit SQL92 V9.1D. I'm Using Windows 2000.
The Merant driver works with Excel.
Is it possible to query Progress from Open Office?

The error seems to be thrown by the odbc driver. Ask the creators of that driver.
