why it is to do enrolling the password in files impossible around office from ms?
I found the mistake during saving a file, I am giving the screen around calca it is also in: impress and base.

Note that you can install a language pack to change the UI language in case you need to give/understand the exact paths to options in OOo, see here: Change language for user interface (menus & help files).
The MS encryption is not so good, see that thread: Password protection not supported in Office format?? And even if OOo wanted to implement the MS Office encryption, as MS Office formats are closed (no specification available), it would be very difficult by reverse engineering.
Can't you use the native ODF format? You can still use an archive manager to protect your file or export it as PDF to avoid modifications.
