Field Names instead of values in Labels

My problem is that addresses on the database table will not transfer to the labels sheet. All that will transfer is the database fields requested ie First name, surname etc written on every label; not the addresses within the database.

Can anyone help?

The transfer doesn't happen until you print unless you select records and click the Data to Fields icon. You may also have View > Field names on.
