[Solved] Problems with 2.4

I just recently downloaded the 2.4 upgrade and ever since, I have not been able to open it. When I try to open a document, nothing happens at all. There is no instances of soffice in the task manager at all. But, I now have both 2.3 and 2.4 on my computer, but neither will open. I read the readme and it said to open the installation in 2.4 and hit repair, but I can't find the installation location and when I try using the Add/Remove Programs to repair 2.4 that way, it only shows 2.3. How do I replace 2.3 with 2.4??

I guess you're running Windows. You can't run both versions. Have you gone through all the installation wizard for 2.4? You need to run the installer, it's not automatic.

Thanks, I got it working. I uninstalled 2.3 and reinstalled 2.4 and now it is working great! Thank you!
