I am looking for the English and German installers not containing the JRE, where are they posted? I already have multiple JREs installed (I do some Java development) and have no need to waste bandwidth downloading it again.

On the OOo download page, you should have checkmarck checked by default for JRE. Uncheck it before starting the download process. Else, see on the mirrors, the file has the wJRE string in its name.

LibreOffice 25.2 on Linux Mint Debian Edition (LMDE 7 Gigi) and 24.8 portable on Windows 11.
