when creating a document, the on screen print is way too bold and large and has nothing to do with setting "bold" setting. However, print size is appropriate when I use the printer; I have just encountered this problem, previously it was not an issue.

The Zoom settings thomasjk mentions are to be found at bottom right of OOo screen.
