[Solved] Can't insert video in Impress

I am unable to get video files to work in Impress on MacOS 10.6. I have tried going to Insert>Movies and Sounds and selecting .mov or .mp4 files. I can click to insert the video, but I only see a sound icon on my slide. I don't see the first frame of the movie, nor do I have a playable movie. I can insert those same files on a Mac with OS 10.5 and OO 3.1; and it all works. Is there any way I can use video with OO and Mac OS 10.6? Thanks!

Can you play the video on your Mac outside of Impress? If not, you need to fix that first.

Solved--I updated my OO to 3.2.0, which solved the problem.

i have MacOS 10.6.4 and OO 3.2.1 i cant play wmv files only get the sound, movies work fine on the mac, do i need to down grade too?
