[Solved] How to avoid notes pop-up

When I have made a note/comment in OOo Writer/ Calc and I save it, every time a pop-up shows where I shall confirm "This document has a Note/Comment, will you continue to save it" (Translated from Danish pop-up text here).

Is it possible to avoid this pop-up every time I save such a document?

Never seen those warnings. I just tried with 3.2 inserting comments in Writer and Calc, no pop-up. Same with the change record feature activated. Can you upload a screenshot (see: How to attach a document here)?

Edit: I guess that acknak is right, see below. Hadn't ever dug that far! Thanks to add '[Solved]' at beginning of your first post title (edit button) if your issue has been fixed.

Is this the Sun version from www.openoffice.org, or a version from some other site?

Have a look at Tools > Options > OOo > Security > Security options and warnings > Warn if document contains recorded changes, versions, hidden information or notes > When saving or sending: OFF

If you ever work with documents containing any confidential information, you may want to leave that option ON. Otherwise, it's very easy to inadvertently share a document that contains something that shouldn't be shared.
