Can someone please put me back on track. I have just upgraded to the latest version of Open Office and have lost the spellchecker. After the upgrade i checked the settings and it shows English (Australian) which is as it should be. The box is ticked for check spelling whilst typing however is doesn't function. I have used the wizard to download the English (Australian) dictionary and whist it downloaded something there has not been a change to the dictionary list. I suspect that it didn't download because it found the English (Australian) dictionary already loaded.
Can someone please tell what settings I have to change or what procedure i need to follow in order to activate the dictionary.
