[Solved] Open 2.0 document with 2.3.0 Openoffice

Hi All,

I created a document with OpenOffice 2.0 on my old debian. Now, I am using Ubuntu 7.10 which has OpenOffice 2.3.0. Normal documents are fine. But, only this document cause OpenOffice freeze.

Please advice me how can I fix this problem.

I was able to open the file without problem (windows XP and OOo 2.3.1.) and I saved a copy, which is slightly bigger by 10 Kb or so. I posted it here: http://www.mediafire.com/?5wrm2nhzfwn. Let me know if your problem is solved. I suggest also that you check whether you have the proper font on your Ubuntu machine.

it's open for me on win XP 2.3.0, install original OOo version:

No problem for me either, using 2.3.1 on Fedora Linux.

+1 with Ubuntu 6.06 and OOo 2.3.1 (official version).

I removed 2.3.0 and install 2.3.1 on my ubuntu then my problem was solved.
