Upgrading to FireFox 3.5

I have downloaded FireFox 3.5 but I don't know what to do next. The browser shows it as still being 2.0.

Have you run the installer downloaded?

This is the one built into Google tool bar. I uninstalled 3.5 and went back to the older version I was using.

I use 3.5 at work and it still hasn't been fixed.
