Hello folks,

New here... I looked for this question that had an existing answer and couldn't find one. If it's out there somewhere forgive me for repeating the question.

I am in process of adding a 2.5 minute MP4 video to an Impress slide presentation, latest AOO, latest Windows 10 (64 bit I believe). It stops after several seconds, always at the same spot. Ideas anyone?

I've thought about video file size limitation, but can't find any info on if there's a limit in Impress. Also thought about hardware limitations (RAM, etc), but decided to check in here first to see if there are known issues.

My suggestion is to convert it to .mpg or .avi and use that instead.

I converted it to .avi and got a message that the filetype wasn't supported when I tried to add it. Haven't tried .mpg, I'll report back ASAP.
