I have a new computer, got frustrated trying to reinstall my already purchased version of Corel Word Perfect, Quattro Pro, etc. So, I decided to try OpenOffice. I can't seem to open my old QuattroPro spreadsheets, though. When I try, I get the pop up menu asking for a filter, and the only Quattro Pro option I could find was Quattro Pro 6.0. My files are QP12. It lets me open it, but then there is nothing there. It's a completely blank spreadsheet.
Any ideas of what, if anything, I can do to access my old Quattro Pro 12 files using Open Office?
BTW, it does seem that Open Office can open up my Corel Word Perfect 12 files just fine.

I don't think anything apart from Quattro can open Quattro files.

As far as Google searches go, there seems to be no way to convert. If you have access to a running Quattro, it may be possible to export files to some intermediate format such as xls or csv, which OpenOffice Calc can read. There are one or two batch converting macros which depend on a running Quattro.
