[Solved] Printing rotation wrong

Postby ZEEBRAHAM » Wed May 15, 2019 11:28 am

Hello,

I have the problem that my slides are landscape but if i press the print button the slide turns vertical on the print preview and will get printed vertical.
Means that I only have halph sized wrongly orientated print outs. ( see screenhot image )
How can i get this back to normal ?

Thank you for your support

/File /Print : Properties button, and on Paper tab check that paper orientation in the printer matches the slide orientation in Impress /Format /Page (horizontal)
Apache OpenOffice 4.1.6 on Xubuntu 18.04.2 (mostly 64 bit version) and very infrequently on Win2K/XP

OpenOffice 6.1.1.2 on MacOS 10.14

Do you perhaps mean LibreOffice - as OpenOffice is only at version 4.1.6; solutions may be different depending on the actual software you are using. You can change this by updating your signature.

What you see may vary depending on your printer and its driver. For example, my printer interface provides this after clicking on Properties:

Experiment with what options you see.
