When I go to print my spreadsheet it squishes the entire spreadsheet onto one page. Since the spreadsheet has about 250 rows this makes it unreadable. How do I get it to stop compressing the spreadsheet to one page when printing?
The in-program help sends me to Tools-Options-OpenOffice Math-Settings. Under Tools-Options there is a OpenOffice Calc but no OpenOffice Math. Under OpenOffice Calc there is no Settings. (I can not find Settings under any of the available options.) The options under Tools-Options-OpenOffice Calc are: General, View, Calculate, Sort Lists, Changes, Grid, Print. I don't see anything under any of these options that would help.
I am running OpenOffice 4.1.5 under Windows 10. I also have a copy of OpenOffice Portable that has the same issue.

Re: Prints entire spreadsheet on one page
In Calc go to the menu Format -> Page and then the Sheet tab. Near the bottom there is a section for scaling the printing and it is probably set to print on one page.

Re: Prints entire spreadsheet on one page
The "adjusting scale factor" will work, but you must trying some times for the right result.
There is a more exact way: set the Scaling mode property to "Fit print range/s/ on number of pages" value in the actual applied page style. Maybe you need set it in more than one page style if you want to print more than one sheets and they have different page styles.
The function of the adjacent control will be changed from a "% value" to "number". Then set the number of pages in the combobox, near the selection listbox.

This method will print entire sheet on one page, but not print the content of entire spreadsheet document on one page.Prints entire spreadsheet on one page

Re: Prints entire spreadsheet on one page
Thank you for your help. That resolved the issue. In this case the best setting was to use 'Fit print ranges(s) to with/height' then set the 'Width in pages' to 1 and the Height in pages to a large number (more than needed)

Re: Prints entire spreadsheet on one page
The default setting on a new spreadsheet appears to be Scaling mode - reduce/enlarge printout and Scaling factor - 100%.
