Dr. Andrew Davison, working on a book about using the LibreOffice API when programming in Java, more than once posted in the 'Macros' section of this forum to hint to new chapters gone online and to request for comments. Today he put online the Chapter 6 concerning databases and LibO.

As the author is claiming to mainly cover the topic from the view of using external programs, I thought it might be good to also post the main link in this section: http://fivedots.coe.psu.ac.th/~ad/jlop/ .

(I am not working with Java myself.)
On Windows 10: LibreOffice 25.8.4 and older versions, PortableOpenOffice 4.1.7 and older, StarOffice 5.2
