Omitting records from report

Hi All

I need to create a report where if some field has data in it to omit or not to print the records.

To clarify, I have a field called "PickUpDate" which is entered when a parcel has been picked up. I need these records with "PickUpDate" entered not to show on the printed reports.
Ho do I tell Oracle Report Builder that?

Create a query and then a report from that query.
