Forum Privilege Clean-up

DrewJensen has resigned from the forum administration. TerryE's is going to be removed from the forum administration, too. Many thanks for their past service to this forum.

By the way, I would like to issue a privilege clean-up on the forum, removing inactive administrators that have not logged in for more than one year, from their administrative privileges.

* "One year" is defined as "from Oct 1, 2012 to the last minute of removal."
* "Administrative privileges" is defined as the "Administrators" and the "Global moderators" groups.

The following administrator is going to be removed from the administrators' list. Her/his administrative privilege will be removed after 2013/10/19 00:00am GMT+0.

As for Probe1, I had noticed that he no longer logs in. Since he did volunteer to be moderator, I sent him a mail in March this year but got no reply at all. I hope everything is fine for him but I'm not that sure...
