Default search results as topics instead of post?

Shouldn't we default the option to display results of searches as topics instead of posts? Especially for the quick search field top right.
For example, compare those resutls:
- Search for error 1316, results as posts
- Search for error 1316, results as topics
The advantage of the topics list is that it's easier to spot the solved topics where we may find a fix whereas the posts list can frighten the user with tons of hits and no visual indication of relevance.

It may need the edition of a phpBB configuration file in the root folder on the server.
