Build simple Form for Query a Database

Hello,
I just want to build a simple Form, that show me after entering a "Searchterm" the full dataset of this ID.
How can help me to get forward?
The mask should have 2 Fields, first field after opening should be have the Focus of Cursor (filling by Barcodescanner) and after the Barcode was scanned, the 2nd Field should get the focus.
After the 2nd field was filled with data, the Dataset should be saved.
