You asked the same question a week ago and received an answer within four hours. Why are you asking again? Didn't the advice work? Or didn't you check your first topic? Be careful about asking the same question multiple times. It's against the forum rules and duplicate questions may be simply locked or even deleted. If you persist, you could get banned from the forum for SPAM.
A search of the forum for restore and windows would have found the answer for you without the need to post two questions about this. You could have had your answer weeks ago. The workarounds above weren't working for me for OS X Lion 10.7.2. I had to remove the Saved Application State. This link describes how to do that: http://tonyzampogna.com/2012/01/07/open ... ows-popup/
