Greetings All,
I'm wanting the impossible,I expect.
Scanned A4 doc and now want too cut in half vertically, so that the two half's can be enlarged back to A4 each.
That can then be printed out and when joined will give A3 size poster.simple?
Any ideas?
jolynn.

Re: Convert scanned A4 image to A3
For something like that I'd use GIMP (which is free and open source). Draw might do it but I'm not familiar enough with it to know.
Gimp.
(You could scale the original to A3 in one go, but I'm guessing the restriction of two A4's is because your printer is A4 only?)

Thanks Gurkha,
Apologies for not putting brain in gear before touching key board.
As you rightly assumed A4 printer. think I will cut original down middle and scan both separately and try to enlarge to print.
