Issues Generating new post

Hi I thought there would be an topic for admins but I guess not.

I would like to get some technical assistant on getting a new sub-topic on. Also I have got some requests that I agree including patches to add Jabber on the profile, individual RSS syndication per topic, and finally let users upload ODF.
