[Solved] Ruler sizing shrank

Somehow my ruler shrank by approximately 4 times. It still reads as though it's displaying in centimetres but the cenitmetres are about 1/4 of a centimetre.
I can't find out how to get the centimetres back to the proper size. The page is now about a 1/4 of the size that it should be.
