I am having the same issue as described by this user, but I don't know how to do the solution described here. Can anyone here help me?

Re: OpenOffice database crashes every time I try to open it
Hi and welcome to the forum!
I have split your post from the initial topic because it was solved: [Solved] OpenOffice database crashes every time I try to open it.
In that topic, the damaged file was provided by the OP and fixed by another user.
What have you tried already? What kind of file?

LibreOffice 25.2 on Linux Mint Debian Edition (LMDE Faye) and 24.8 portable on Windows 11.

The file is a .odb file. The issue described is the same as in the other topic: OpenOffice crashes whenever I try to view the Tables in OpenDatabase. I have so far just tried closing and re-opening the file.

You have the same symptom that hlb2 reported about a year ago. Whether you have the same underlying problem remains to be seen. In the earlier post hlb2 attached their ODB file to their topic so someone could examine it. A few hours later a forum volunteer give hlb2 a repaired file.
Now it is time for you to attach your ODB file to this topic the forum so someone can try to recover it for you. It seems unlikely that you will get your difficulty solved until you do that.

Thank you! I'm attaching the file here so someone can recover it for me

Your database file, unfortunately, could NOT be recovered with data. That is, I am attaching a file, that contains your TABLE as you defined it, BUT it contains no records ( data ).
When I changed your file as a zip file, several of the internally defined database files ( both: data and backup ) were corrupt, and, could not be recovered. Therefore, I was only able to recreate the table definition.
I suspect, what might have happened, is your database file was open when either the computer crashed, of, perhaps a power outage, or, perhaps, a computer restart ( when Windows was updated ) . . . therefore . . . the internal files were not completely written to disk.
Any important file, of course, should always have a backup so you can recover the file, if needed.
