[Solved] Format error in sub-document context.xml

Post by Braysie8 »

HI,

I am an absolute IT novice and am getting the following "Read Error.
Format error discovered in the file in sub-document content.xml at 2,17589(row,col)."

I noticed that this is a common issue, looked at various posts and tutorials but unfortunately I am completely out of my depth. I also noticed that it might be possible to attach my file and a kind and helpful wizard might be able to repair it ? If so, please help and let me know how I attach or upload the file.

Many thanks

To upload a file, click Post Reply and look for the Attachments tab just below the box where you type a response. There is an Add Files button there that allows you to indicate which file to attach. The size limit is 128 KB.
