Can't Save Document

I'm trying to save a spreadsheet -- a spreadsheet which I use dozens of times every week - but just got this message: "Error saving document. Object not accessible. The object cannot be accessed due to insufficient user rights."

Can someone please tell me what is going on and how I can fix this? Thank you very much.

Try Saving your document to your Desktop. If you can do so, you need to check why you have no rights to |Save in the desired location. Perhaps a Windows update has changed these on you?
