Unable to delete or recover "Untitled2 document

Hi, I had a crash and now cannot recover nor delete the untitled document. The document appears in the document recovery window, but when I try to recover it, I get "Recovery Failed", but the screen then moves on to which ever file was in the process of opening. I also got the following screen as attached:-

Then your document is probably lost. There is one very outside chance of recovery - try PhotoRec or Recuva, and see if it recovers any file (name may be arbitrary) dated/timed close to the crash time.

To cancel to OpenOffice message, next time it occurs press "Cancel".

Thanks, I'll download one of the options you suggest and give it a try, if the doc is lost its no big deal, fortunately.
