New question on taskbar pinning where do I post it?

I went to the forum, entered a search, found nothing relevant, entered my user passwd etc, but do not see where I can enter a new post. Seems like I can only search.

You seem to have added a new post here. In the index page of each sub-forum there is a New Topic button which you can use to start a new topic in that sub-forum. You may have to scroll down a little to see it in some sub-forums

You probably want Install, Setup & Troubleshooting -> Windows. If necessary a moderator will move your question.
