[Issue] Set Insert->Field->Time as default Time (fixed) when selecting it

We use Date/Time every time there is an entry in a change log document, and it was always Time as Time (fixed).
With LO 7.6.0.3 it looks like Time and Time (fixed) have swapped places since LO 7.5.5.2, when accessing Fields via Insert->Field->More Fields (Ctrl+F2) under Type: Time and Select.

Does anyone know how to modify the order back to Time (fixed)-Time ins stead of Time-Time (fixed)?

Sounds like a bug report might be in order.

You can write (or record) a macro for inserting the FixedDateTime into the actual document.

Here is a recorded macro for the Writer application (the macro is assigned to a Button, but you can assign is the a menu item, to a toolbar icon, to some context menu item, or to a free hotkey.):

This 'defect' started in LO 7.6.1.2 due to Bug-139141 implementation.
Bug-157337 has been raised to revert to previous default of Time (fixed).

A simple temporary solution using Autotext is explained here in the Ask Forum.
