Basically every time I start writing in a 2nd page, it is made not under the 1st, but rather under and to the right. 3rd page is made to the right from 2nd. 4th below 2nd. And 5th on right to 4th.
How to disable this, excuse me, nonsense so I can write in peace?

Welcome to the Forums.
I admit I don't know what's going on, but I do know that screenshots are, for the most part, useless to us.
Please upload/attach a copy of your actual document using the same method that you used for the screenshots.
That way we can check if there are any particular settings that might need to be changed to get the results you want or allow us to identify just what is happening, as I've never seen this before.
Off topic, but a possible concern is the OpenOffice version you have marked in your signature. You have 1.4.13 listed, I'm hoping that's a typo and you meant 4.1.13.
OpenOffice 4.1.7, LibreOffice 7.0.1.2 on Windows 7 Pro, Ultimate & Windows 10 Home (2004)

View (menu) → Zoom → Zoom Factor → 100% → View Layout → Single Page → OK
If this solved your problem please go to your first post use the Edit ☐ button and add [Solved] to the start of the Subject field. Select the green checkmark icon at the same time.

Near the right end of the Status bar there should be 3 "page icons" that control the way pages are displayed. You have probably clicked the third icon which displays pages like in a book where the first page is always a right page. To display the pages in a single column, click the first icon.
