[Solved] Format error discovered in sub-document content.xml

The above error comes up when I attempt to open the attached. I would be grateful for any help in fixing the file, as I just lost 2 days' work!

[Tutorial] Delete duplicate attributes tool immediately corrected the problem. You have MacOS, so you can run this yourself!

I just lost 2 days' work!

Duplicate attribute problems occur regularly in the forum as a result of Issue 128356: Track Changes and Annotations can cause corruption. I think the problem is more common in OpenOffice than in LibreOffice but the latter has problems of its own: LibreOffice Writer loses tracked changes when saving as .docx. Be sure to make frequent backups of your file if you use the change tracking feature.
Q23: How do I backup OpenOffice files on my Mac?
