I have been a Open Office user for several years. I decided to add it to my MacBook using Safari. However, when I click on the "Download" I get the countdown and nothing happens. I don't know what's blocking this download. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Tony

Re: Downloading Issues
No idea. It is not something related to the suite itself.
Can you try with another web browser? Try another mirror server?

Re: Downloading Issues
I did try mirror sites. I’ll try another browser and report.
Thank you.

Re: Downloading Issues
If that happened few days ago, SourceForge, where the files are stored, was partially offline, perhaps doing a system rebuild. SourceForge should be OK now - it recovered in a short time.
Apache OpenOffice 4.1.15 on Xubuntu 22.04.4 LTS
Re: Downloading Issues
Ok, I loaded Mozilla and it downloaded immediately. Something in Safari or in my settings is preventing this d/l. Also, I did try this a month or so ago and had the same issue.
If anyone has an idea of why I could not download, please pass it along. Thanks for the help, it's appreciated.

Re: Downloading Issues
Q65: How can I tell Safari to allow download of AOO from SourceForge?
Or, since you have a Safari problem, review Apple's documentation for Safari. You could also ask at an Apple forum where you might find Safari experts. This is an OpenOffice forum.
