Compile an openbase database

You can compile an openbase database or possibly not show whoever uses it how it was created.

iNNOSETUP CAN BE USED TO COMPILE ODB FILES
OpenOffice 4 su Windows 10

Stand alone forms will hide some of the underlying database from the user
