@sajnoor: Check my example. You will find in it a screenshot containing the customized form for generating it. - Cheers

EDIT
My example was generated on AOO 4.1.13, not on LibreOffice.
There are some differences between AOO and LO labels: AOO labels are anchored as characters, LO labels are anchored to page. You can use the label page both on AOO or LO.

Please note: Horizontal pitch must be same amount or larger than width, vertical pitch must be same amount or larger than height.
Compare to my example/screenshot in former answer. - Cheers

Does the sheet (A4) have any margin? IMHO no, so let's try it... (see next answer in two minutes). - Cheers

Please note: I set the labels on an A4 page for better being printable. The margins on the right and at the bottom must be larger than 0 cm. If my example fits your needs it will be okay. If you need the 0 margins on each side we have to try out LibreOffice... ;) (But not this evening, it is short by 8 pm, local time in Germany.)

You better try it yourself, this grants you a steeper learning curve, for sure!

What happens when you click "Save"? Do any other dialogs or error messages open?

This was the problem I was setting up the margins wrong after setting the pitch up correctly it saved and was able to print labels correctly.
