My LibreOffice addon is no longer published

I noticed today my addon has not been no longer published.

And I can't login silver stripe page where upload my addon.
https://extensions.libreoffice.org/admin/extensions/

A message "A required attribute is not available" is shown after login on above url.

Please tell me what happened about this.

I tried that create new account and went the URL.
Then succeeded to login to silver stripe page and see the management page.

This mean my account is closed for silver stripe?

You need to raise your problem on the Development Mailing List where you should be able to get support for your issue.
