Files blocked for editing by an unknown user

I am having trouble updating my spreadsheets, they wont open simply they go straight to Read only copy or cancel
In read only no changes are saved
In copy the will allow change but will not let me save the cages and then disallow it all when i try to close it
very frustrating
Is is a new thing with the latest update?
I have not had trouble before since way back

If you use a third party antivirus program rather than Defender, see the documentation for how to prevent the software blocking OpenOffice.
