org.openoffice.script.savedState is a directory and the files under this directory are to be removed.
That worked for me :)

#cd org.openoffice.script.savedState
#rm *
MAC 10.10.3 Open Office 3.4.0

org.openoffice.script.savedState is a Folder, not a directory. Removing the whole folder works.

(Solved) Open Office on Mac not responding to "Do you want to restore? Or not"
Thanks to the team for their help with this. On the forum there are still Mac users unsure of how to access the necessary file. Hold the "fn" & "alt" key down simultaneously in "Go" heading under the Finder icon. Keep your fingers on the keys. The heading "Library" then appears(I use Yosemite & This seems still to be the same problem with Lion & its successors). You can then locate the Saved Application State file you are seeking which needs to then be deleted. OO opens normally afterwards.
