Installing additional fonts and language packs

Hi there,

I just installed Fedora 8 and Open Office2.3. I am having problems viewing and using greek fonts in Open Office.
I have installed the Greek Language pack and installed a Greek Truetype font using kfontview.I This was a system wide install. Everything seemed to install fine but I can't seem to access the new font in OpenOffice. It doesn't show up in the font pull down list.

Is there something I'm missing? Please help.

Try to put the fonts in your user profile ~/.fonts, sometimes, it helps OOo to see it.
Have you tried the spadmin script in the /program folder of OOo installation folder?
