My laptop came with a trial version of MS Office - I have done q fir amuont of work on Publisher and now cannot afford the £250 to upgrade. Is there a program in Open Office thst I can use to open and edit my work?

I'm afraid not, nothing seems to open Publisher apart from Publisher. It is another of Microsoft's locked formats.
