I am a new user of OpenOffice. Is there any way to link with Lotus Organiser - an old friend where my calendar and address book is kept and from which it would be helpful to be able to print my To Do list, Envelope addressing, etc ??
PS Open Office looks much better than Microsoft equivalents and I think I shall be an enthusiastic user.

Re: Link with Lotus Organise
Could you be more precise? (Please read the Survival Guide for the forum). What is the format used by Lotus Organiser? Which version do you use?
I've found that thread BTW: Using OpenOffice 2.2.1 to access Lotus Organiser.

Re: Link with Lotus Organise
I am using Lotus Smartsuite (including Organiser) 97 Edition on Windows XP Home
Lotus Organiser files have .dbf file extension so I assume they may be dBase format.
I would like to link to these files rather just export them which I know I could do - but it is not a major problem as it mostly just saves the retyping of addresses.
