When I initially downloaded Open Office I did not download the database application, only the wordprocessor. I now have a need for the database application. Can I download this on its own, or do I have to download and reinstall the whole of Open Office?
Many thanks

Re: Add new application?
If you downloaded from www.openoffice.org then the database is included. Did you do a complete install? Check Start---.All Programs---->Openoffice.org 3.0. You should see Openoffice.org Base which is the database application.

Re: Add new application?
Hi Tom
No, unfortunately, I didn't do a complete install. I wasn't sure whether or not I'd be happy with the program, so I only installed Writer and Templates.
Thanks

Go to Add/Remove Programs and run a repair install.
