Could you please detail what you're trying to do exactly ? There is nothing at the end of your link (the site returns "Sorry, No Data Available").

Do you want to copy & paste some data ?

Often in OpenOffice, filling an input dialogue line with paste is not detected. I usually add a space to the end of what I pasted, and then delete it again. The OK button becomes active as soon as I hit the space bar.

I could open the URL in Firefox, select the table and paste it into a blank sheet, and this worked fine, since paste understands html data. What this doesn't do is to give you an "Import from Web page" function based on a given URL. The URL is invalid for doing an Insert -> Link to External Data. That's the functionality, I'm sorry to say. It doesn't work in Excel either
Ubuntu 11.04-x64 + LibreOffice 3 and MS free except the boss's Notebook which runs XP + OOo 3.3.

Don't know why the site was not available before.
